How does CondoDomain.com give me cash back? In 40 states, we are allowed to give the buyer a share of our commission when buying a new home. When you buy a new home with CondoDomain we receive our flat fee commission and cut you a check for the balance. On average the refund is greater than $10,000. (learn more)
What can I do with my commission refund? Simple answer: Anything you want! We cut you a refund check seven days after you close on your new home. It is as good as cash. Many of our clients use it to buy new furniture, some put it in the bank and one of our clients even bought a new car. Or you can choose to donate all or a part of your refund to a charity of your choice or one of ours. See if ReMax, Century 21 or Coldwell Banker will do that!
Why do we do this? Well…why should a real estate agent make more if you spend more? We developed this business model out of common sense. Helping you purchase a $3,000,000 condo is not different than helping you buy a $300,000 home, so why should we be paid 10 times more? Our efficient business model is consumer centric: we love real estate and helping people find their dream home that rewards buyers when you participate in the transaction.
Who is your typical buyer? Our buyers range from first time buyers and young professionals to empty nesters and savvy investors. Throughout every age demographic, one common trait found within all of our buyers is their drive to work with us and learn throughout the homebuyer process.
I also need to sell my property, can you help me? At this time CondoDomain is a pure buyer’s broker and does not list, market or represent any sellers or properties for sale. HOWEVER, we know who all the best listing and sales agents are. Call us or and ask us for a referral to for the best listing agent in your city/neighborhood.
What other resources can you provide that will save me money? There are a few other very areas to save a significant amount of money on your home purchase. The top 2 being (besides commission refund) is on your mortgage rate & closing costs costs and on your attorney/title insurance policy.
